MARKETING STRATEGY

DATA-DRIVEN

Marketing strategy is the foundation created at the beginning of the process which allows for layer upon layer of tactics to be bolted on to accomplish a series of goals. Many clients have multiple conversion benchmarks, so an effective marketing strategy would address those goals, define a clear path and suggest tactics to achieve those waypoints. A marketing strategy can include the following:

  • Marketplace analysis

  • Competitor analysis

  • Product and/or service analysis

  • Current strategy analysis

  • Marketing plan development

  • Strategic communications plan

  • Digital advertising plan

  • Social media plan

  • Implementation plan

  • Content writing (blogging, collateral and online)

  • Photography, video and content creation

  • Public and media relations

Often, this is the most difficult and most rich work product. From doing a deep dive into client's past marketing efforts, budget, goal setting, internal and external politics and other factors, this is when our team pulls the carpet back from the corner to see if we have beautiful wood floors, or destroyed linoleum.

Developing a marketing strategy can seldom be skipped and places our clients on the right track for the next step in marketing their business, organization, product or service.
